We have an excellent record of supporting providers back to ‘good or above’ following inspection, and of helping to maintain high quality provision across our childcare sectors. Our team has a wide variety of professional backgrounds, experience, skills and specialisms which means we are well-equipped to lead and facilitate. All officers have many years of training and leadership experience and take individual leads on projects in order to ensure an effective and responsive service for providers and families.
Deployed into hub areas, the consultants act as ‘community connectors’ and have excellent local knowledge and intelligence allowing them to be advocates for childcare providers, foster partnership working and support quality practice for Early Years children and families. Our managers work across the North and South of Kirklees developing multi-agency working and ensuring creative use of resources in order to raise outcomes for children.
